THE JOURNEY
Alicia worked in Charity Project Management for most of her career, designing and implementing projects to support communities both locally and internationally.
The overwhelming desire to support and empower people is what has always driven Alicia throughout her career and is what encouraged her to pursue a career in Auricular Acupuncture after having her first child.
Having started her own journey with Auricular Acupuncture at the age of just 15, Alicia experienced the benefits of acupuncture from a very young age and has been having acupuncture throughout her life to support her emotional health and general wellbeing.
Today, Suffolk Seedlings is the culmination of that path—a space where evidence-based acupuncture meets compassionate mentoring.
Suffolk Seedlings' mission is to provide more than just treatment; they strive to offer a supportive bridge for people to reclaim their health and authentic selves and to nurture their personal growth as they bloom into their full potential.
Alicia has regular Continuous Professional Development and Supervision with both Master Auricular Acupuncturists and a Five Element Acupuncturist. She is registered with the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority, British Acupuncture Federation and also the Hub of Pediatric Acupuncturists
